Elevated Concierge
Dr. Jim Liu is a board-certified physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine with extensive experience in outpatient and inpatient care. Passionate about concierge medicine and longevity medicine, he serves patients with dedication in hospital medicine in Fort Myers and concierge in Bonita Springs/Naples, Florida.
Dr. Liu completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard University, graduating with honors. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His academic research in hypertension has been published in respected peer-reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Hypertension.
Recognized by his peers for integrity, excellence, and compassion, Dr. Liu is a member of the prestigious Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism Honor Society. He was awarded the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Hematology Scholarship in 2012 and served as a Fellow at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute in 2007.
An enthusiastic medical educator, Dr. Liu is an Adjunct Professor at The Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine (OCOM) and a Clinical Preceptor for the Nova Southeastern University Physician Assistant Program. His teaching approach is centered on practical and compassionate patient care.
Dr. Liu was honored with the 2020 Southwest Florida Technology Partnership Transformation Award, recognizing his innovative contributions to healthcare technology.
Inspired to pursue medicine after witnessing the tragic collapse of the World Trade Center towers in New York City in 2001, Dr. Liu has dedicated his career to patient health and safety, preventive medicine, and timely diagnosis. His personal experience supporting his mother through thymus cancer, an exceptionally rare condition, reinforced his commitment to personalized, compassionate care. Dr. Liu strongly believes in lifestyle-focused medicine, guiding his patients toward achieving balance, wellness, and an improved quality of life.
